5. How We Share Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share your data only in the following circumstances:

With certified moving partners:

Your relocation data (name, email, phone, origin/destination, volume, move date) is shared with a maximum of three IAM-certified moving companies for the purpose of providing you with competitive quotes. These partners act as independent data controllers and are bound by their own privacy policies and GDPR obligations.

With service providers (data processors):

• Web3Forms — form submission processing (data processed in the EU)
• Make.com (Integromat) — workflow automation
• Google Analytics 4 — website analytics (anonymized)
• Google Tag Manager — tag management
• Cloudflare — website security and CDN
• Hostinger — website hosting

Legal requirements:

We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or government authority.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for the following periods:

• Quote request data: 12 months from the date of submission, unless a contract is formed
• Contract-related data: 7 years (Dutch legal requirement)
• Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default, IP anonymized)
• Email communications: 24 months

After the retention period, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.

7. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission.

If your move destination is outside the EEA, your data will necessarily be shared with moving companies in that destination country. By submitting a quote request for an international move, you acknowledge this transfer is necessary to fulfill your request.

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the website to function. Cannot be disabled.
